How to delete your account

Account deletion is currently available directly inside the app:

1. Open Neck Warmup and open the profile menu (top-left drawer icon).
2. Tap your account name, then choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm your identity (re-enter your password, or re-authenticate with Google/Apple, depending on how you signed in).
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your Firebase authentication account (email/Google/Apple sign-in)
• Your workout history (sessions, dates, durations, exercises completed)
• Your unlocked achievements and unlocked/purchased themes
• Your account settings stored in the cloud

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. No data is retained after deletion. Data stored only locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Can't access the app anymore?

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, you can request deletion by emailing us from the email address associated with your account: apps.gewi@gmail.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
